Onion is a friendly, laidback group of adult gamers (mostly 25+) with busy lives outside of Jianghu who want to log in after our daily rituals to enjoy all the game has to offer. The guild is here so when you are ready to group up for something, you'll have a reliable group of people you can depend on to learn about the game and help you achieve your goals (instead of relying on randoms). Maybe your goal for the day is to simply talk to someone and bullshit--we'll be here for that too. Just make sure our active times (7:00 PM and 1:00 AM EST) align with your availability, so you aren't left to wonder where everyone is. Don't be afraid to ask for help. We all love to help each other out!

How it works

Running a guild?

  • Post your guild once — each account can host one active guild posting at a time.
  • Set your playstyle, platform, activities, requirements, Guild War League, and Skyward Bond difficulty — as much or as little as you want players matched on.
  • Get matched automatically with players who fit, see exactly why in a side-by-side comparison, and get notified when a good match posts.
  • Postings mirror to a thread in your Discord server automatically, and you can earn Ledger Points from activity to unlock Featured or Spotlight placement.

Looking for a guild?

  • Post yourself — your stats, schedule, and what you're after.
  • See which guilds match your criteria and why, with an optional detailed score breakdown once you've unlocked match insights.
  • Turn off "looking for a guild" any time to keep your post as a character profile only — guilds can still invite you to events, but you won't show up in the public players list.
  • Earn badges and Ledger Points for activity on the board, redeemable for perks.

Hosting or joining an event?

  • Guild owners can host events — tournaments, giveaways, raid nights, exhibition matches — to bring in more viewers.
  • Set a prize pool, capacity, a deadline to join, and a reminder, plus tournament or exhibition match details like format and bracket size.
  • Invite specific guilds or players once the event is up, from a dropdown of active posts — they'll get a notification to accept or decline.
  • Browse and join events as yourself or with your guild — participants show up by character name.

Want to talk it out?

  • The forum is synced live with Discord — post a thread or reply from either side and it shows up in both.
  • Reading and replying from Discord never requires a website account — your post shows up under your real Discord name automatically.
  • Posts show a link to your character and guild (with a Leader or Roster tag) and your earned badges, so people know who they're talking to.
  • Earn badges and climb the leaderboard for staying active in the forum, too.
